About This Role
- Own definition and implementation of network performance KPIs and metrics within the OSS platform.
- Validate accuracy and trustworthiness of KPIs/metrics through lab and pre-production test cases before production rollout.
- Maintain consistent KPI definitions and collaborate with Network Implementation, NetOps, and Systems Test to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in telecom network performance, OSS/BSS, or network engineering with hands-on KPI/counter/metric implementation.
- Proficiency with SQL and scripting (Python preferred); familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Grafana).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Role requires onsite presence in Bangalore, India 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing and validating 3GPP counters and KPIs across RAN and Core, with NB-IoT, NTN, or satellite network experience as a strong plus.
- Skilled in designing validation test plans and rigorous sign-off processes to ensure metric accuracy before production.
- Has proven ability working cross-functionally with NetOps, Network Implementation, and Test teams in fast-paced environments.
