About This Role
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Utilities MDM / C2M implementation projects in Power, Water, or Gas utilities domain.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical design documents; design and deliver business process mapping, solution design, and integration with Head-End Systems (HES) and other systems.
- Configure and optimize batch processes and metering workflows; support client demos, UAT cycles, stakeholder walkthroughs, and provide production support for MDM-related issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience including 10+ years of Oracle Utilities experience.
- At least 4-5 full MDM/C2M implementations for large utility programs.
- Mandatory skills: Oracle MDM in C2M, meter setup and reading process configuration, VEE rules knowledge, prepaid module and tariff configuration, integration with Head End Systems (HES).
- Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech); Location: India - Remote.

- Deep domain expertise in utilities (Power, Water, Gas) with strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Utilities MDM and C2M.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and ability to adjust work hours across time zones; comfortable interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to lead design, implementation, and production support activities with strong communication skills to analyze customer requirements.
