About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Idira Privilege Cloud implementations including discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, and operational handoff.
- Own and resolve complex technical workstreams such as privileged account onboarding, access policies, credential rotation, and session management with customers.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer security and infrastructure teams, ensuring the solution meets security and operational requirements while mentoring other consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical consulting, cybersecurity, identity or privileged access management, with strong customer-facing delivery.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience implementing or administering Idira/CyberArk Privilege Cloud or CyberArk PAM.
- Must hold at least one current vendor-recognized CyberArk/Idira Privilege Cloud certification (e.g., CDE-CPC, CPC-SEN).
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration, networking fundamentals, and complex integration diagnostics.

- Experienced in managing multiple PAM workstreams independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating ownership of implementations from discovery to handoff.
- Skilled at communicating technical tradeoffs and issues to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating smooth project delivery.
- Able to mentor and coach peers, lead technical design reviews, and collaborate effectively in distributed teams across regions.
