About This Role
- Oversee and manage daily soft services operations including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, vendor staff deployment, and complaint resolution to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Conduct routine site inspections, monitor service performance against SLAs/KPIs, and manage vendor relationships to ensure contractual compliance and timely issue resolution.
- Support health, safety, compliance, financial tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives including reporting, cost control, risk management, and sustainability efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Prior experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related fields with knowledge of soft services operations.
- Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Ability to work multiple shifts and timings as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAFM systems desirable.
