About This Role
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new or revised Java-based application systems to meet business needs.
- Manage and monitor all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide support, consultancy, and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to users and junior analysts, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant Java Application Development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle SQL, Kafka Middleware, Unix Shell commands, and AutoSys.
- Experience in systems analysis, software application programming, and project management/consulting techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in managing successful projects with the ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work with limited supervision, exercising sound judgment and risk assessment, particularly with regard to compliance and security.
- Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and coaching junior team members in application development and best practices.
