About This Role
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of industrial minerals such as Limestone, China Clay, Talc, Silica, and Mica from Rajasthan mining belts.
- Conduct on-site technical evaluations of mines and mineral samples to assess quality and suitability for plant requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and develop new mineral sources while preparing MIS reports on sourcing status and vendor performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Applied Geology, or Mining Engineering.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in mineral sourcing, mining operations, or raw material procurement in industrial minerals sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan mining belts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical expertise in mineral geology, mine evaluation, and ore/mineral quality assessment.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships in mining or mineral sourcing.
- Familiarity with state mining regulations, lease documentation, and government procedures.
