About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers in a Medallion Architecture on Databricks.
- Own data quality and monitoring for pipelines including checks, alerting, and observability to consistently meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and AI Platform teams in Pune and the US to develop dashboards, reporting, and influence design decisions for data workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong skills in Python and SQL including complex joins and performance tuning.
- Experience with multiple ingestion methods like Batch, JDBC, API driven, and Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks platform, Apache Spark, Databricks Workflows, Unity Catalog; knowledge of Medallion Architecture is required.

- Experienced working in hybrid teams, collaborating cross-functionally across global locations (India and US).
