About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end full stack features focusing on React frontend and Node.js backend services within an Agile environment.
- Shape technical design and architecture, including reusable components, micro-frontends, and APIs to ensure scalable, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate closely with Product Management and QA teams to align solutions with business goals and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional full stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, plus Node.js backend development with RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, database design (relational or NoSQL), testing frameworks, and CI/CD tooling.
- Location requirement: Proximity to Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building large-scale, cloud-based web applications with strong frontend emphasis using React and backend Node.js services.
- Comfortable participating in architectural decisions and implementing reusable/component-based frontend design systems and micro-frontend architectures.
- Capable mentor with excellent communication skills, able to work independently in high-growth, agile environments and lead knowledge sharing and quality practices.
