About This Role
- Maintain and advance enterprise Windows and Linux server infrastructure and automation tooling.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with various teams to enhance endpoint visibility, security, and operational efficiency.
- Support production operations including 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinate software package deployment and system tuning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience with Windows Server (2019, 2022, 20250) and/or Linux Server (RHEL 8+).
- At least 2 years experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
- Minimum 1 year experience with patch and vulnerability management and remediation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automation and configuration management with skills in scaling for performance and high availability.
- Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented team environment collaborating with developers, operations, and release engineers.
- Proficient communicator capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, with a customer-focused approach.
