About This Role
- Define and maintain the enterprise operational architecture for applications and services including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and integration platforms.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Substantial experience in enterprise architecture, application or platform operations, site reliability engineering, observability, or IT service management in complex enterprises.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and integration platforms such as Informatica IICS or equivalents.

- Experienced in designing end-to-end monitoring and observability including metrics, logs, traces, and event correlation for SaaS applications and integrations.
