- Manage and analyze healthcare triaging process to maximize data accuracy for healthcare clients.
- Review, assess, and categorize incoming healthcare requests to ensure correct routing and prioritization.

Minimum Requirements
- 2-10 years experience in US Healthcare processes such as Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, or RCM.
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Full-time office job requiring availability for different shifts, 5 days a week.
