About This Role
- Support day-to-day benefits and insurance operations delivery for European clients, including enrolments, reimbursements, and vendor billing reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and SLAs while handling queries and managing documentation.
- Contribute to process quality with First Time Right mindset, maintain accurate audit trails, and assist in documentation and cross-training.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in any stream.
- At least 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, insurance/healthcare operations, invoice reimbursement, reconciliation, or similar shared services role.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle basic calculations related to benefits and invoices.
- Must comply with hybrid working requirement: onsite at least 3 days per week in local office or client site.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting European clients or multi-country benefits programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email query handling, with possible proficiency in a European language based on business needs.
- Quality-first mindset with ability to spot process gaps and drive improvements while working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
