About This Role
- Provide expert compliance guidance to commercial operations leaders to support ethical business conduct and mitigate compliance risks in India Subcontinent.
- Develop and oversee compliance programs including risk assessments, monitoring, third-party compliance, and adherence to laws, policies, and industry codes.
- Utilize data analytics to produce risk insights, track remediation, and drive continuous improvement of compliance processes and training.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of compliance, risk assessments, monitoring, and third-party compliance in regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Excel with experience in Power BI or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years relevant experience or 2+ years with advanced degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of Indian healthcare compliance requirements including anti-bribery, anti-corruption laws, data protection, and UCMPMD.
- Demonstrated ability to manage third-party compliance risks, conduct investigations and compliance monitoring, and translate data insights into actionable risk mitigation.
