About This Role
- Act as the primary link between business needs and technical design for high-value AI use cases in production.
- Design end-to-end agentic and generative AI solutions including model choice, data integration, security, cost, and operations.
- Build proofs of concept to validate designs, guide engineering delivery, review code/designs, and create standards and reusable architectures.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in software, data, or solution architecture roles, with recent AI experience.
- Experience designing systems that reached production, particularly with large language models (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Proficiency in coding (Python or similar) sufficient for prototyping and code review.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data platforms, and integration patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong business sense, able to link technical design to business outcomes and ask 'why' before designing.
- Experience working in startups or fast-moving product environments to handle rapid change.
- Skilled at mentoring and coaching technical teams, with clear communication across executives, business, and engineering stakeholders.
