About This Role
- Prepare and post manual journal entries and execute close activities (month-end, quarter-end, year-end) following global timelines.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations ensuring GL integrity and compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal controls (SOX).
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support management reporting, audits, issue resolution, and drive process improvements within a GCC environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) or General Accounting.
- Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across time zones and ensure SOX compliance.

- Experienced in transitioning from transactional accounting to a business partner role with focus on risk identification and audit readiness.
- Strong analytical skills with a mindset for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Comfortable working in a global GCC-shared service center environment with good stakeholder management skills.
