About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations of cafeterias and food services at assigned sites ensuring service excellence, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and audit vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, contracts, and ensure compliance with food safety standards including FSSAI and HACCP.
- Drive operational reviews, budget management, menu innovation, employee engagement programs, and support technology-enabled service improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations for large-scale corporate cafeterias, food courts, or institutional catering.
- Knowledge and certification preferred in food safety standards such as HACCP and FSSAI.
- Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in vendor management and contract governance within corporate cafeteria or institutional food service environments.
- Proficient with operational data analysis, consumption trends, and use of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for decision making.
- Capable of managing cross-functional coordination with stakeholders like Workplace, Procurement, HR, and Business units to ensure smooth service delivery.
