About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end ground transportation services for client workforce across PAN India, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation, performance audits, and cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Lead AI-driven innovations and technology platform management to enhance transportation scheduling, fleet tracking, and employee safety.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years relevant experience in ground transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations; minimum 15+ years total experience required.
- At least 7 years managing large-scale employee transportation programs and 8-10 years managing large ground transport teams in corporate environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
- On-site location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Experienced leader capable of managing multi-location, complex employee transport operations and large teams.
- Proven track record in vendor management and cost optimization within a corporate or campus transportation context.
