About This Role
- Design and maintain intelligent monitoring and incident response workflows for cloud and on-premises systems.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to collect and enrich operational data for analytics.
- Develop and deploy predictive models for anomaly detection, outage forecasting, and automated remediation to improve reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT operations, reliability engineering, platform engineering, or AI-driven operations/automation roles.
- Proficiency in Python, Observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus), Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with machine learning lifecycle, IT service management, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
- Work Location: Onsite at HPE office (mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience collaborating with DevOps, Site Reliability, and security teams to enhance platform performance and governance.
- Strong technical expertise in automation and predictive operational analytics within cloud or hybrid environments.
- Ability to integrate incident workflows with service management platforms to reduce mean time to resolution.
