About This Role
- Lead product and delivery for AI-enabled manufacturing and engineering solutions, defining strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
- Manage and develop the engineering team, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure delivery meets business outcomes, user needs, compliance, and platform strategy.
- Oversee all phases including requirements discovery, solution scoping, release planning, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 13 to 17 years in information systems, software delivery, product delivery, or technical program leadership.
- At least 5 years managing engineering or technical teams; experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps and execution plans.
- Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments; familiarity with cloud-based platforms and modern software development practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with manufacturing and engineering systems and related industrial data sources (e.g., Maximo, ERP, BIM) and modern data/AI technology stacks.
- Proven ability to lead product-oriented engineering teams delivering AI, automation, or enterprise platform solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, comfortable operating in complex, matrixed organizations with multi-stakeholder influence.
