About This Role
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) solutions integrating AI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-enabled workflows and ensure products comply with global financial crime regulations.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and work closely with Scrum teams to deliver timely AI-assisted product releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of product management experience, preferably in Financial Crime, Compliance, or Financial Services domains.
- Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Familiarity and some hands-on exposure with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Agentic AI concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product management of AI-enabled solutions within Financial Crime or Compliance domains, bridging technical and domain knowledge.
- Capable of translating complex AI/Agentic AI concepts into clear product requirements and measurable business value.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment collaborating with engineering, data science, and domain experts to deliver compliant and innovative products.
