About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year finance and operations technology programs across corporate finance, procurement, treasury, and fund accounting platforms.
- Define program strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans by translating objectives from CFO, Treasury, Procurement, and Fund Operations into priorities and milestones.
- Lead cross-functional global teams and vendor relationships, establish governance, and track program success metrics including process efficiencies and user adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in financial services technology with at least 8 years leading large, complex programs as program manager or delivery lead.
- Hands-on experience with corporate finance technology platforms such as Oracle ERP (Fusion/EBS), Coupa, treasury management systems, and fund accounting or waterfall platforms.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and fund operations concepts and their systems/data translation.
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (India, US, Europe) and working with senior finance and technology stakeholders globally.
