About This Role
- Coordinate software delivery activities including features, enhancements, bug fixes, and client customizations on an enterprise CRM SaaS platform.
- Manage sprint planning, track progress, team utilization, KPIs, and ensure adherence to development and deployment processes.
- Communicate delivery updates and support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in software delivery, project coordination, or related roles.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with software development tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, and basic technical concepts like APIs, databases, Git, and deployments.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant delivery or coordination roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in SaaS/product development environments, preferably CRM or enterprise SaaS products.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Design, Customer Success) in software delivery.
- Comfort with release management and client customization processes.
