About This Role
- Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities across Finance processes by partnering with Finance stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements, current and future state processes, and support implementation of AI and automation solutions using tools like RPA, Power Platform, and AI technologies.
- Coordinate among business users, developers, data teams; facilitate UAT; track project progress including risks and timelines; support governance and KPI/ROI tracking for automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Familiarity with Finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, Reporting, or Close processes.
- Experience supporting cross-functional technology projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a liaison between Finance stakeholders and technical teams to manage automation projects end-to-end.
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives using tools like UiPath, Power BI, Power Automate, or AI concepts such as chatbots and prompt engineering.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and handling process documentation, stakeholder management, and solution validation in Finance contexts.
