About This Role
- Perform accurate data entry and validation of vendor invoices and related accounts payable documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing information or clarifications for invoice processing.
- Ensure timely invoice processing adhering to accounts payable timelines and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Finance.
- Experience: Fresher (no prior experience required).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes including invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
