About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution design and delivery of Finacle or Oracle Flexcube for retail banking operations including deposits, lending, and payments.
- Lead configuration governance, integrations, data migration, non-functional assurance, and release readiness ensuring compliant, scalable solutions with high STP and production stability.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years as a techno-functional consultant on Finacle or Oracle Flexcube, leading multi-module changes in retail banking.
- Strong skills in SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/shell scripting, API/MQ/batch integrations, and reconciliation.
- Experience with UAT leadership, cutover planning, production stabilization, and compliance knowledge of RBI, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI, IRAC/NPA norms.
- Mandatory degree: Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Techno-functional expert with hands-on experience in core banking application parameterization and integration across deposits, loans, and payments.
- Experienced in regulatory compliance embedding and production support including incident management and root cause analysis.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage complex release and deployment processes in consultative environments.
