About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of multi-agent orchestration systems on the Agora Orchestrator platform using LangGraph and LangChain frameworks.
- Architect and implement MCP servers and RAG systems including retrieval strategies, error handling, versioning, and hybrid search evaluation.
- Build and maintain agent evaluation, observability stacks, deploy agents on Azure Foundry Agent Service and Azure Functions, mentor junior engineers, and lead design reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Python programming including async, typing, and packaging.
- Experience with LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration in production and Azure Foundry Agent Service deployment.
- 5+ years software development experience with Python; 2+ years experience building production LLM or agentic systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in AI agent orchestration patterns (planner/executor, supervisor, multi-agent collaboration).
- Proven track record leading technical design and mentoring teams in production software environments.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS system design, identity/authentication protocols (Okta, OAuth2, JWT), and cloud platforms (Azure).
