About This Role
- Develop and maintain brand forecasting models for strategic pharmaceutical brands and early assets.
- Lead and manage a team of forecasters, ensuring quality outputs and driving continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally to resolve issues and optimize forecasting processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience with solid knowledge of forecasting techniques and models.
- Experience with US forecasting data such as TRx, NBRx, NRx, and pharmaceutical industry data sources like IQVIA and claims data.
- Strong analytical skills including superior Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
- Work Location: Based in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore; hybrid shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage and lead forecasting teams in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions such as Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Technology in a global setting.
- Familiarity with advanced forecasting methodologies, US Market Access, and transitioning forecasting models to platforms is advantageous.
