About This Role
- Gather and analyze regulatory requirements from specification documents, review with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to produce BRD and FSD.
- Engage in industry working groups to monitor regulatory updates and mentor functional SMEs for regulatory business and functional analysis.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver components aligned with end state architecture and assist in defect analysis and resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Investment Banking domain including at least 8 years in regulatory reporting.
- Strong knowledge of key regulations such as Dodd Frank Act, MIFIR, CSDR, CASS, MSRB.
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from accredited institution (or equivalent diploma/work experience).
- Hands-on experience with requirements tools (JIRA, JAMA, Confluence), Agile/Scrum methodology, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior professional with deep expertise in regulatory reporting within investment banking focusing on OTC derivatives and structured products.
- Capable of leveraging Generative AI tools responsibly to enhance requirements gathering and productivity.
- Collaborative operator with experience mentoring functional SMEs and working closely with both business and senior technology stakeholders to deliver regulatory solutions.
