About This Role
- Own and execute comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, and End-to-End testing for RMB, ETL, Web, and SimplifyQA applications.
- Develop and review test plans and testing artifacts adhering to testing standards to ensure quality deliverables on committed timelines.
- Act as Point of Contact (POC) for the team, mentor associates, and collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Java or web testing with mandatory experience in RMB testing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL, REST Services, and API testing skills; experience in Batch and Online testing; knowledge of ORMB configuration and billing processes.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work flexible hours as per project demand, including occasional weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically proficient in RMB testing and web testing with strong logical, analytical, and documentation skills essential for understanding complex requirements.
- Experienced in independently handling testing scenarios, quality assurance, and mentoring within agile and global distributed teams.
- Capable of managing deliverables as POC under minimal guidance while effectively collaborating across onshore and offshore stakeholders.
