About This Role
- Lead integration of data science and application development functions to meet business goals and implement system enhancements.
- Resolve complex, high-impact problems by analyzing business and system processes, ensuring application design aligns with architecture standards.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers, manage project deliverables, and uphold compliance and risk standards across the technology function.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Application Development, or Systems Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming, Unix scripting, and cloud development specifically Azure & GCP.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects with demonstrable leadership and project management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recognized subject matter expert in at least one Applications Development area with strong system analysis and programming expertise.
- Experienced in leading technical teams and facilitating collaboration across multiple functions.
- Skilled in technical strategy, risk assessment, and maintaining compliance within a complex, regulated environment.
