About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and deployment of scalable microservices and full-stack web applications using Java Spring Boot and React/TypeScript.
- Drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD, and optimize application performance for speed, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and collaborate with product management and UX teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience delivering production-grade full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- In-depth experience with React, state management (Redux/Context API), and building Micro Front Ends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experienced senior engineer comfortable owning end-to-end full-stack delivery in distributed systems environments.
- Strong technical leader with proven ability to enforce clean architecture, code quality, and automated testing practices.
