About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of scalable microservices and full-stack web applications using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript.
- Drive architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, implement CI/CD best practices, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and platform architects as a senior technical SME.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience building production-grade full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- In-depth experience with React, Redux, modern front-end tooling, and micro front end development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in architecting resilient distributed systems with a focus on system design, security, and scalability.
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, demonstrating autonomy and technical leadership.
- Skilled in both backend (Java/Spring) and frontend (React/TypeScript) development with strong exposure to DevOps and automated testing frameworks.
