About This Role
- Create 30 to 60 second video ad scripts for paid growth campaigns targeting European audiences on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop comprehensive scripts including character, setting, dialogue, visual beats, and hooks optimized for quick production with AI or human teams.
- Utilize performance data (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to test, refine, and generate multiple distinct angles and scripts weekly to improve ad effectiveness and combat creative fatigue.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience writing performance or direct-response ad scripts and copy.
- Proven experience writing for the Europe market with knowledge of European tone, slang, and audience psychology.
- Portfolio of video ad scripts or finished ads demonstrating end-to-end copywriting ability.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 6 years in performance ad scriptwriting.
