About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement new modules and APIs for the Onit App Builder platform to support legal tech products.
- Build and launch product features, collaborating with designers and project managers to deliver well-planned user experiences.
- Estimate development tasks, meet deadlines, automate test cases, and mentor junior developers and QA resources.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of web development experience including Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and React.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent required.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL; experience with PostgreSQL preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD concepts, containerization, and Kubernetes is highly desired.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (JavaScript, React) development with willingness to grow towards full-stack capabilities.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with automated testing and collaborative design practices.
- Able to work independently while mentoring junior team members, showing ownership of feature development and deployment.
