About This Role
- Own end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting and controllership activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with US GAAP compliance.
- Lead transition, stabilization, and scaling of controllership functions from other regions into Hyderabad COE, ensuring process standardization, automation, and governance.
- Manage and develop a team of ~5 accounting professionals; maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and provide financial insights to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional qualification required: Chartered Accountant, CPA, MBA, or equivalent in accounting.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting or audit, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, intercompany and foreign currency accounting.
- Work location mandatory: Hyderabad; Work hours typically 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST Monday to Friday.
