About This Role
- Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems including SAP application layer and HANA database upgrades, patches, and service packs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and HANA database issues such as performance problems, connectivity errors, and data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with SAP developers, functional experts, and infrastructure teams to optimize use of system resources and maintain documentation on configurations and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field/work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP applications deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with SAP Basis or HANA administration and tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Transport Management System, and SAP System Monitoring is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones. No relocation support provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex SAP environments requiring collaboration with service managers and other senior SAP professionals.
- Proficient with SAP administration on both on-premise and hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Comfortable managing SAP systems in a global enterprise setting requiring documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional teamwork.
