About This Role
- Lead delivery and operational management across multiple service lines, sites, and geographies ensuring client satisfaction and seamless service.
- Own financial performance, contract and vendor management, risk and compliance, and maintain operational excellence in mission-critical environments.
- Drive strategic account plans, continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability programs, and lead diverse multi-geography teams with accountability for business continuity and client retention.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Facilities Management, or related discipline (Mechanical bias preferred).
- Minimum 10 years’ Facilities Management experience with leadership and team management capability.
- Minimum 3+ years in a multi-service line Account Leadership role managing large/complex portfolios.
- On-site presence required in Bengaluru, KA; experience in 24/7 large-scale operational environments preferred (manufacturing, R&D, semiconductor, or mission-critical).

- Proven commercial and operational judgment with ability to drive profitability, contract negotiations, and continuous operational improvements.
