About This Role
- Lead and ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) management systems and compliance across assigned accounts.
- Develop and deliver HSSE training programs; support audits, inspections, incident investigations, and performance reporting aligned with JLL and client HSSE metrics.
- Collaborate with senior managers, clients, and contractors to promote positive HSSE culture and risk management strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: CMIOSH or GradIOSH or national equivalent mandatory.
- Proven experience implementing environmental, health, and safety systems in a similar environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internally as required; location onsite in Kolkata, West Bengal.
- Work Experience Required: Relevant HSSE experience in a similar environment explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving HSSE compliance and culture within facilities management or similar large-scale operational environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple levels including senior management and clients, with ability to influence HSSE practices.
- Familiarity with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001/ISO45001 standards and audit processes, emphasizing pragmatic and cost-effective HSSE management solutions.
