About This Role
- Manage and oversee delivery of soft services like housekeeping, pest control, security, landscaping, and waste management at retail Airtel stores.
- Lead vendor management including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Serve as primary client contact for soft services, handling service quality audits, client feedback, budget monitoring, and reporting for assigned facilities in Indore location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in facility management focused on soft services, including vendor and contract management.
- Proficiency with facility management software and knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- On-site work location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.

- Experienced in managing multiple soft services vendors and service contracts within retail or commercial facility environments.
- Capable of handling client-facing responsibilities, ensuring service level agreements and client satisfaction.
