About This Role
- Deliver high-quality lease abstractions and ensure accuracy and completeness in lease document data entry and system reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to obtain lease documentation, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of lease administration tasks.
- Document business processes, mentor new team members, and conduct audits to maintain service quality and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- University graduate with 2-3 years of experience in office and retail lease abstractions, preferably with commercial real estate lease knowledge.
- Experience using property management or lease administration systems for global clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong project management skills.
- Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana.

- Operates independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates high accountability in meeting tight operational deadlines.
- Has strong reading comprehension and paraphrasing skills essential for lease abstraction accuracy.
- Experienced in working within large teams and training or mentoring junior members.
