About This Role
- Lead and execute functional, automation, regression, and UAT testing, ensuring compliance with QA policies and standards throughout the SDLC.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, procedures, and metrics; perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Advise and mentor junior team members; collaborate with project managers and users to design testing strategies and maintain documentation for all initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in an IT Quality role.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to independently manage projects and collaborate across teams; Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in IT Quality.
