About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised software solutions in coordination with the Technology team.
- Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise, ensure adherence to architecture standards, and mentor mid-level developers and analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in software application programming and system analysis.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one Applications Development area with advanced knowledge of programming and system architecture.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with ability to adjust priorities quickly.
- Experienced in risk assessment and ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards in a technology environment.
