About This Role
- Develop and maintain a Rust-based AI system platform managing AI application lifecycles on heterogeneous edge hardware.
- Implement and test components for edge packaging and runtime, contributing to OTA updates and device lifecycle management.
- Optimize AI inference and resource use on constrained CPU/GPU/NPU hardware; support cross-compilation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-device integration.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Working proficiency in Rust or Python; familiarity with C/C++ is a plus.
- Experience using agentic AI tools in software development workflows; comfortable with Linux and Git-based workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with embedded Linux and systems programming or willingness to learn quickly.
- Capable of systematic debugging and working effectively in distributed teams across NA, Europe, and India.
- Curious about full stack development including cloud, edge, web/backend, and networking stack knowledge.
