About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to fulfill organizational hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure positive candidate experience and embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles throughout recruitment activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Domain experience required in Automotive, IT, Engineering, or Semiconductor sectors.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Location requirement: Chennai, India (Contractual position).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced recruiter familiar with full-cycle hiring and data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrates knowledge of DEIA principles and ability to implement them in recruitment processes.
