About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of learning specialists, managing end-to-end learning operations including procurement, programme coordination, learner queries, and reporting to ensure high standards and reliable delivery.
- Design, improve, and document learning operational processes and governance, establish KPIs, monitor compliance, and drive continuous operational excellence using technology and automation.
- Lead learning projects to improve global learning outcomes and scalability, including compliance training campaigns, learner experience design, stakeholder management, and project governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of strong learning operations, process, and programme management experience in a global/matrix environment.
- Minimum 3+ years people leadership experience.
- Good knowledge of Workday Learning or equivalent LMS for operational administration and learner experience management.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement processes, and strong project management skills.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing a global/multi-timezone team with focus on operational reliability, process scalability, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate complex requirements into clear operational execution and improvements.
- Strategic operator skilled in balancing BAU delivery with project work, designing learner-centered learning experiences, and embedding governance and technology changes.
