About This Role
- Design, architect, and deliver high-performance, scalable cloud applications with a focus on backend Java Spring Boot microservices and React.js frontend.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks implementing AI in software testing lifecycle, including non-deterministic response validation and AI model testing.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor engineering teams, and ensure code quality, security, scalability, and deployment readiness including containerization and cloud-native practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with proven full stack delivery ownership.
- Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and React.js frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (Typescript/Javascript/Python) and AI implementation in software testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment; remote work model accepted with location across India.

- Engineering lead with strong technical contributions and team mentorship in full stack enterprise or cloud applications.
- Experience owning architecture decisions, modernizing microservices, and managing production readiness in scalable cloud environments.
- Comfortable working remotely across distributed teams in India with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
