About This Role
- Support execution of supplier sustainability and responsible sourcing programs including assessments and engagement.
- Maintain and analyze sustainability-related data, prepare reports and dashboards to aid procurement and sustainability decisions.
- Assist with supplier visits and validate sustainability practices to support continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience including internships or graduate programs.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Location: Hyderabad or Mumbai, India (Hybrid role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professional with exposure to supplier assessments or sustainability programs.
- Comfortable working with data and cross-functional teams for supplier engagement.
- Advantageous to have experience with suppliers in Asia and skills in Power BI or Asian languages like Hindi or Mandarin.
