About This Role
- Lead architecture for large-scale Microsoft Azure initiatives in financial services or regulated environments.
- Define and deliver Azure cloud strategy and solutions impacting business outcomes, collaborating with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior talent and contribute to commercial activities and thought leadership within Technology and Engineering Practice.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Azure architecture and solution leadership.
- Proven expertise in enterprise-scale Azure implementations with relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Experience advising senior leadership on cloud strategy and adoption in financial or similarly regulated industries.
- Experience designing integration of Azure with other cloud providers, on-premises systems, and third-party services using API-led design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain knowledge of financial services or complex regulated industries influencing cloud architecture decisions.
- Ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy and engineering excellence with senior client engagement.
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and applying recognized architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Domain-Driven Design.
