About This Role
- Own technical direction, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable backend and AI/ML-powered software solutions.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while establishing engineering standards, best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable software aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or technology delivery.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Django for backend application development and architecture.
- Practical experience developing, integrating, or deploying AI/ML solutions in production or business-critical applications.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable backend and AI/ML systems.
