About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and frontend interfaces using React.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and implement testing strategies across backend and frontend components.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Expertise in Java/Golang and related frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience with React.js and frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, version control (Git), testing frameworks, and secure coding principles.
